We recieved the sad news on Sunday that Pauly Fuemana had passed away at North Shore Hospital after a short illness. Pauly's song "How Bizarre" recorded under the name OMC still remains the highest selling NZ single worldwide after it shot to fame in 1995.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Christina, Tony & the Fuemana family.
Kaikohe is gearing up to host the fourth Ngapuhi Festival bringing together and celebrating one of New Zealands largest iwi. The Ngapuhi festival is back and this time it promises to be bigger and better than ever.
The festival culminates on the weekend, Northland and Auckland anniversary weekend, with two days of Ngapuhi musicians, performers, stalls, kai and whanaungatanga, including Katchafire, Anika Moa, Ruia Aperahama and Sweet & Irie.

What an awesome day last Saturday in Rotorua - 30,000 people turned out for Raggamuffin 2010. Sweet & Irie performed amongst reggae royalty on a day they will never forget! Thank to all who came out and showed love!

The first "I Love The Islands Samoa Relief Concert" held in Auckland City last week was a MASSIVE success. 10,000 people packed out Vector Arena to witness the historic event. Following that shows in Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin and New Plymouth were also great. Thanks to everyone who helped out, donated or came along to support! Brotha D, Andy, Savage & the Dkonz, Adeaze and more are in Samoa now to present the money we raised and do a concert for the people of Samoa. More news on that next week.

After the tragic events in Samoa last week, a group of top New Zealand entertainers have rallied together for a massive benefit concert on Monday 19th October 2009 at the Vector Arena in Auckland.
